What is the Senior Class Gift?

The Senior Class Gift is an important student tradition, just like First Collection, the primal scream, and so many others, where your connection to the Swarthmore community enriches the lives of fellow Swatties.

Where does my money go?

You can support whatever inspires you — whether that’s your academic department, athletics team, or a student group. Consider a gift to the Student Emergency Fund, which helps low-income students with unexpected financial needs like medical care and expenses, grad school application fees, interview clothing, emergency flights home, DACA and green card renewal fees, and more. Wherever you choose to donate, your gift will directly support fellow students.

Is there swag?

Not only will you have all the warm fuzzy feelings from helping provide the resources that make Swarthmore possible for so many, you can also receive a Class of 2023 pint glass and cheers to your accomplishments for years to come!

You can get your very own Class of 2023 Swarthmore pint glass by:

• Making a gift of $20.23, or
• Committing to a recurring gift of at least $10 for three or more years, or
• Making a gift of any amount, becoming an Advocate, and getting three of your classmates to make a gift of $10 or more through your advocacy efforts

How can I become an Advocate?

After you make a gift of any amount, you can become an Advocate by sharing your unique link with your classmates directly or on social media. If you get 3 other classmates to make a gift through your link we will send you a pint glass!
